This is the rest of my "song a week" project. I stopped after 23 weeks. I can't remember why I stopped. I do know that Russians With Rabbits was the next thing I did so maybe that's it. In any case, this is a pretty short album, but I tend to like short albums so there you go. Oh also I want to mention that I'm publishing these physically way after they were released digitally. There is little to no demand for these objects, but I like having them in the physical world.
Gonna cut and past the description from Fourteen Weeks since they're essentially one album but on two separate CD's. Kinda like Use Your Illusion. Me and Guns n' Roses.
I used to live at a place in East Hollywood called the Church of F.U.N. Back when you could live there. For no particular reason I decided to start a project in which I would write and record a new song every week and share it online until I felt like stopping. All the recordings were done in the main room there and it wasn't uncommon for there to be members of the house and friends hanging out or passing through while that was happening. After 14 songs I realized I had an album, and that is what this CD is.
I think Gibbons plays some banjo on a track, and Dusty plays tambourine or harmonica on a track. That might be on the other album from this project, Nine Weeks.
I wrote and played and engineered everything otherwise, as far as I can remember.
